Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments that you will ever make. As a potential homeowner, you need to know what to expect before making a decision as big as this.
At Rotunda Homes Inc., your inspection is done with 100% of our ability, leaving no corner unturned during the thorough inspection of the property in question. As a potential homeowner you should have an unbiased, competent Florida Licensed Home Inspector to evaluate the property you are about to invest in. You should feel confident that you will receive all of our knowledge and inspection experience, and any opinion that we may have to help give you a peace of mind about this commitment.
The inspection will take approximately about 2 ½ to 3 hours to perform. We will start on the inside of the home, looking for all areas of the home from the ground to the attic. We will check the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Building components of the home.
If the appliances are installed, we will check to ensure that they are in good working order. Once the inside is complete, we will start the outside inspection of the process. There, we will check from the foundation to the roof for any damage or issues that you need to know about.
Once this is complete,our detailed report will be taken back to the office and officially organized for the customer. You will have the report sent to you within 72 hours via fax and/or email based on your requested preference.
